Shampooing every other day keeps natural oils that protect all the layers of hair protected intact and will also help keep hair healthy after colouring. Some even believe regular scalp massages can stimulate hair growth and keep hair thicker and healthier.

Proper grooming is also essential. allowing split end’s to remain stops the hair from proper growth and weakens it at the bottom which can cause a motion of upwards breaks.
