Beauty or Feeding the Beast
The ever-thriving beauty industry finds no shortage in today’s, perhaps, overly driven conquest to be the best and most beautiful human alive. This war waging institution starts with the simplest of things from the make-up some put on, to the lotions and creams we slather on ourselves. We shave, we trim work ourselves to the point of exhaustion, but is it really ever enough for us?
We are born with our bodies and whilst we feel all powerful in our own little worlds, diet and exercise can only take our shape so far.
Beautiful women aren’t quite the traffic stopping knock outs they would like to be and handsome buff men can’t quite get the ladies looking if they share a common body “flaw,” the dreaded flat chest! We might not like it both are societal standards for overall beauty.
For women their are self proclaimed alternative breast enlargement remedies. Do they work? Herbal pills said to add a cup size to the average woman, not harmful or invasive it’s an obvious choice, but does it work? There are also the wonder bra’s and the water bra’s, but one small pin prick and you have yourself a very embarrassing moment, and won’t the man notice when your breast’s are suddenly…smaller.
For men, pumping iron and slamming back protein shakes will build those pectoral muscles, right? We aren’t all born with the body of Hercules or the beautiful body seen in a Victoria’s Secret ad campaign. Most of us are regular un-airbrushed people just trying to look our best. When quick remedies and wild diets fail we look to methods that will succeed, like surgery.
Breast Enlargement surgery is a tried and true way of overcoming these small obstacles. Many poo-poo on this procedure feel it gives women an unnatural and “plastic” look. This is not always the case. Simply enhancing the breasts is not what gives this look, rather over enhancing and creating imbalance in the natural design of the body. Smartly choosing your implants size proportion can give men and women alike the desired body type they are seeking.
